Nestled in a beautiful, reforested landscape near the Volcanoes National Park, the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund is the first purpose built home for this incredible organisation. For over 55 years, the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund has worked to not only protect and study gorillas and their habitats but to empower the Rwandan people who live near the forest homes of the endangered gorillas. Guests are now welcome to visit the campus, exploring the state-of-the-art public exhibit and nature trails as well as to interact with the Fossey Fund staff who have dedicated their careers to saving gorillas.
