Mainland Tanzania’s online Traveller Health Surveillance System Afyamsafiri has been temporarily suspended in order to facilitate upgrades to the system.
Please ensure that you advise your guests due to travel to Mainland Tanzania of the updated requirements while the system is suspended:
– Travellers are no longer required to complete the Traveller Health Surveillance Form prior to departure for Mainland Tanzania. They will be asked to complete a physical copy of the form on arrival
– Travellers who require a rapid test on arrival will be required to pay for the rapid test at the port of entry in Tanzania.
